Ticket details The booking reference and/or ticket details along with evidence of purchase. Refund details You will need to tell us why you want a refund, as well as providing evidence to support your request if needed. Refund method We will always try and refund back to your original purchase method. However, if this is not possible, you must provide an alternative method of payment.
